its amazing what kind of people we have locally and internationally. its not like we want sincerity, but least be nice.

we (the band) started out with so much energy and enthusiasm all the way frm jurong to bedok, and to sentosa. the hype, the bonding. i tell ya, its the best. we are SO lookin forward to having a good time, totally not expecting to win. Thus our beach wear.

already knew my former all girl band is there at the finals too, and wonder who the other two is. when everyone's settled down and registered, found out that one other band pulled out (prob a waste of their time, which is TRUE) so there's only one other band to look out for.

WHAT A WONDERFULLY NICE AND SUPER GOOD BAND THEY ARE! (sense my hmmm sarcasm?)
saying things like 'HeY! Dont touch my amp over there!' loudly in reply to a casual 'So how's it?' question really put people off. not to mention those looks on their faces. gosh, one guy even looked like ricky. but least ricky's a nice boy. sheesh.

man, they thought they would win for sure. they have it good, no mistakes, everything went well... for them. for us? our drummer dropped his stix halfway, but we went on anyway. vox dropped his mobile too... i missed a few notes... and the other girl band didnt sound that fantastic coz they had problems with sound. bleah.
that moment in time, we rather the girl band win than them hao lians. gosh cant believe i even cheered them on when they went up to play! grrrr.

they hung ard like bees to honey, or groupies (ugly) to rockstars at the stage. wantin to find out when's the result. win for sure... while we chilled at the back tent... tryin to cool ourselves off (boy its damn hot). so when they announced 3rd prize is them hao lians.... BOY DID ALL OF US SCREAM OUR HEARTS OUT! altho i quit their band a while ago, we are still bitchy people. haha! so its either them or us, and we won. man.. ah liang jumped like a monkey. all of us were ECSTATIC!

split goodies, went makan (lousy food at sentosa ppl, thats why BK got long q's), and came back for concert. saw the band (hoo?) backstage. not exactly nice ppl, frm the impression i get. got our post party invites, managed to get chris the drummer to sign something, altho his face is _yeah watever kind_ and we went back out to the audience.

we really had a good time. they were good, energetic, made mistakes, doug stripped his top hmmm sang falsetto . the IMPRESSION WAS REALLY AWESOME. that was the joke people. we rushed back to bathe and change and took a cab down ($13) to indochine. and MAN! we shld have U-turned back. not waste more $$$. no autographs, no pictures, no talk. too many ppl, too many groupies (male AND female dont ask) gosh the attitude! damn disappointed at one of my favorite bands. very tempted to burn their original CD (which i brought) right in front of them.


lemme just end this one:
there's always better musicians, with a better attitude out there, that i rather put my $$$ with. kiss my @$$ un-nice ppl.

yesterday went bodyworld with serge and jialing! to those who didnt go, its really an eye opener! must see for those interested in how our bodies function, esp those who likes to draw human illustrations! alot of medic term, but very interesting ... worth $15 paid for the tix admission.... we had $3 off the original $18 admission... :)

bcoz of the bodyworld, we made weizoo wait for 1 hr... so pai seh! had dinner at swenson's at changi airport t2... super crowded, and super noisy... we were shouting to each other... its crazy i tell u... later litin and jace joined, all the way frm geylang and NUS coz they wanna meet up with precious jialin coz she's ever so bz at work, we all hardly meet up. on the way back, recorded some crazy william hung impersonation... crazy girls i tell u... :P

the most happening thing in my entire working life happened in office today.

it was raining INSIDE my office. lol.
my office is 2nd storey shophouse at tras st...
somehow, the gutters or drainage at the rooftop was clogged, so when the boss open the door to the roof, it poured.
thus the nice stairs picture i took.
oh yeah, my camera was handy to take insurance pictures. the typical FLASH FLASH kind.
water seeped through to the 3rd storey office, which seeped thru to us at level 2, and seeped further down to level one (not related company). somehow, the office rooftop is NOT waterproofed. (?)
so there's a typhoon at level 3, heavy rain at level 2, and drizzle at level one. all indoor. it rox!
but need to bring fresheners tomorrow. bet it'll reek.

i cannot know how some ppl can be very knowledgeable over games (be it RPG, multi player, watever)...
know every single details how to accomplish this, how to overcome obstacles to get ur goal, think of ways and means to do something, to beat others to it...

this may not necessarily mean bad... means u are passionate enough...
and my sister find that with my brother...
the thing is...

why can't they apply the skills that they learn frm gaming, ie all the obstacle overcoming thingy, to ppl skill?
or people around them? if they can bother to find out ALL about the games, why not bothering to find out how ppl feel/think/like? i'm not asking these ppl to change or watever...
but by doing things thats not fair to me, disrepect my decision and properties, is very unfair to me. i never throw away ur games, delete ur stuff on MY computer, in fact, i let my sister use it. Use, but do not install RO online (the game) coz u already installed it with my bro's computer (WAT? INSTALL 2 COMP FOR WAT SIA?). but no... instead, they (the two ganged up) install it. WITHOUT letting me know. and do not want to admit its a fault. no... its no fault... the only fault is i didn't allow her to install it. yes... thats the only fault.

subsequence actions means nothing, my feelings/place in the family wont mean a thing also...

just bcoz of this one point that i want my sister to not be too obsesssive over this silly game, i am now:

ppl in my house talk REALLY loudly. woke me up at 9am, eventho i got home at 2am, and slept by 2.30ish..
bro questions why i'm back so late bla bla REALLY loudly eventho theres no fuckin construction going on...
finally dragged myself out of bed at 10ish just to find my bro conveniently and comfortably goin to toilet for half an hour.
by the time the toilet is ready for me to use, its nearing 11, and i gotta go jammin at 12 at tanjong pagar.

see why i dun want to cheong... coz theres just too much lined up for me... i'm so tired today... i'm a walking zombie.
but on a good side, the jammin place, the guy running the show Bob... held sum hari raya celebration thing for all his friends/customer/ etc so we all get to eat yummy mutton ribs, nasi sambal goreng, and erm... really sweet kailan...

i better go sleep now.
